Gabriel Collignon is an expert in the startup and development of business and e-business strategies for professionals, small business owners and entrepreneurs.
As a Chief Strategy Officer for about ten years at Universidad Panamericana, Gabriel was in charge of creating and implementing public relations and business development strategies that garnered more than 30 million dollars annually. He also developed the university’s online presence along with all undergraduate and graduate programs. He also position them in top organic search engine rankings which ultimately resulted in brand positioning and business growth.
More than five years ago he founded AKBSolutions. A Business Development firm dedicated to provide entrepreneurs, small business owners and professionals, solutions in different areas that will help them take their practice/business to the next level successfully and professionally. Gabriel has developed successful Business Incubator programs in Mexico, assisting hundreds of people who want to start a new business venture online and offline.
As a coach, speaker and author on Entrepreneurship, Business Development, Leadership, and e-Business, Gabriel provides professionals and small business owners’ best-in-class guidance for using the internet as a business tool to start and grow their businesses. He has spoken at numerous venues such as the San Diego Convention Center, National City Chamber of Commerce, the Hispanic Chamber of e-Commerce, San Diego Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, universities and educational institutions in the U.S. and Mexico, among others.
Gabriel graduated as an Electromechanical Engineer at the Panamerican University, assisted an Entrepreneurship and High Management Master degree at IPADE Business School. He collaborated with Oracle consultants in the implementation of People Soft’s CRM in two universities, and is certified by Google in the use of Tools for Online Collaboration.
One major motivation for Gabriel is being part of the story of so many entrepreneurs, and being able to notice the wonderful process of changes a person goes through once he or she decides to strat or grow their business.
He is married to his High School Sweetheart and love of his life and his biggest challenge and satisfaction is keeping her deeply in love every day.
